Refunds:

A refund will be initiated if the service promised is not delivered as per the agreed scope.

Refunds are not applicable once the service has been successfully delivered.

In special cases (such as double payment or technical error), refunds will also be considered after verification.

Cancellations:
Since our services are customized and often begin immediately upon confirmation, cancellations may not always be possible. However, we encourage clients to contact us at the earliest in case of any issues.

Processing Time:
Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited back to the original payment method.
